EOS 50D or 5D Mark II
5D Mark II is the dream camera for all canon photographers. Even some full-timers use the xxD series.
My current dream setup
Canon EOS 5D Mark II – $3,800
EF 17-40 f4L – $1,200
EF 24-105 f4L IS – $1,600
EF 70-200 f4L IS – $1,800 (or should I go for 2.8 IS?)
Total = $8,400
Similar setup on the EOS 50D would be
Canon EOS 50D – $1,600
EF-S 10-22 f3.5-4.5 – $1,100
EF-S 17-55 f2.8 IS – $1,600
EF 70-200 f4L IS – $1,800 (or EF-S 55-250 f4-5.6 IS – $400)
Total = $6,100
